Robotics Warsaw 2025 Summary: A Premiere That Integrated the Industrial Robotics Industry

On January 28-30, 2025, the Ptak Warsaw Expo hosted the premiere edition of Robotics Warsaw, an industrial robotics industry trade fair. Although it was only the first edition of the event, we can already speak of building a brand and attendance success. The three days of the event gathered 5,201 participants.

Exhibition area:

The total exhibition area during Robotics Warsaw was 12,000 m². This places the event among the largest of its kind in Europe.

Exhibitors:

59 companies presenting innovative solutions – entrepreneurs from both Poland and Europe.

Participating countries:

Representatives of 8 countries, which gave the first edition of Robotics Warsaw an international character.

The Robotics Warsaw fair made Ptak Warsaw Expo the capital of innovation once again. The three days of the event were an opportunity to use the full range of industry opportunities:

  • learning about the latest solutions in the field of automation and industrial robotics
  • seeing impressive mobile robots with your own eyes
  • education in the field of automation system integration and robot control software
  • positioning yourself among premium brands open to new business contacts and contracts

The tradition of Ptak Warsaw Expo is to reward companies that deliver innovations that significantly influence the development of the industry. However, those that contribute to the success of the fair also deserve recognition. Dariusz Drag, president of the National Chamber of Trade, and Tomasz Haiduk, president and co-founder of the Polish Automation and Robotics Forum, honored them during the ceremony of presenting the Fair Medals.

Industrial Robotics Industry Conference during Robotics Warsaw

The primary goal of Ptak Warsaw Expo is business integration. This is achieved both through networking and building a network of mutual dependencies, as well as by talking about new solutions and methods of dealing with challenges affecting the industry.

This is why each event organized at PWE offers an extensive substantive zone. It was no different in the case of Robotics Warsaw, during which the Industrial Robotics Industry Conference took place.

Two main events took place as part of it, which enjoyed great interest among participants.

The Polish Automation and Robotics Forum “Robotic Warsaw” was a practical look at the challenges of the Polish industry. Among other things, issues of identifying barriers in technological transformation processes, determining success factors in robotization and automation, and avoiding the risk associated with the implementation of ambitious projects were considered.

The Trends and Exhibitors’ Presentation Panel dealt with methods of achieving efficiency and implementing innovations. In addition, information on subsidies, financing methods and tax relief in the industry could be gathered. Representatives of SCALAB, JSW Nowe Projekty and Ramoco, among others, took part in the event.

The second edition of Robotics Warsaw has been planned

The premiere of Robotics Warsaw confirmed our belief that such a comprehensive event is needed in the industrial robotics industry. This project will therefore be continued. Its next edition will take place on January 27-29, 2026 at Ptak Warsaw Expo. We encourage you to follow the PWE calendar to stay up to date with the latest events and news.
