Power Speech: Hand in Hand with a Robot
This is a short story about how people react to a robot in their immediate environment. A walk with a humanoid on an ordinary street became the starting point for reflection on why we fear technology we don't yet know and what these reactions tell us about industrial robotization. This talk will demonstrate that effective automation does indeed begin with understanding humans, but it also needs to keep up with the times. The talk will therefore focus on robotics based on artificial intelligence [AI] algorithms, especially since AI in robotics is one of the strongest trends for 2026.

11.55 - 12.20
Tomasz Haiduk, President of FAIRP
Trends in robotics according to the IFR
The global market value of industrial robot installations has reached a record $16.7 billion. According to the latest report from the International Federation of Robotics, the industry's development in 2026 will revolve around five key trends. Which ones are these and what are their implications? Tomasz Haiduk will discuss this in his presentation.

12.20 - 12.45
Szymon Chrostowski, Junior Sales Engineer for Robotic Systems, ASTOR
Daniel Newel, ASTOR
Polish Robot at IREX 2025: Education as the Key to Breaking the Barriers Between People and Technology
The presentation will showcase conclusions from the IREX trade fair, presented from the perspective of Polish industry: which solutions are actually making it to production halls today, which will be here to stay, and which remain a vision of the future. This is the starting point for the second topic—ASTORINO. It will be presented as ASTOR's own initiative, addressing one of the key challenges of automation: breaking down the barriers between humans and robots. ASTORINO is a way to familiarize yourself with technology, build trust, and reduce the fear of robotization through experience, education, and direct interaction.

12.45 – 13.10
Przemysław Krupiarz, Vice President of the Management Board, Designer, nDraft Adaptiv
Collaborative Robots in Practice and Upcoming Humanoid Robots
The presentation will show how collaborative robots are changing production and how upcoming humanoid robots and AI developments will influence the future of industry.

13.10 - 13.35
Łukasz Gębala, Member of the Management Board, Dentec
Automation of insert molding on the example of production for the automotive industry
Metchem, a Wadowice-based company, is developing production technology by integrating KUKA six-axis robots with injection molding machines. The goal is to automate the production of complex parts requiring additional processes. Dentec was responsible for the full integration of the KUKA KR20 robot, which operates an injection mold with aluminum inserts. We designed the entire process: from insert feeding, through precise positioning, to quality control of the finished parts.

Presentation of Yamaha SCARA robots, interesting application examples
This lecture presents practical applications of Yamaha SCARA robots in solutions designed and integrated by NEOTECH – an authorized Yamaha Robotics partner in Poland. The presentation discussed specific industrial projects, including precision assembly, winding, pick & place processes, quality control, marking, and automated production lines for the electronics and food industries. Particular attention was paid to the dynamics, repeatability, and cycle time optimization that make SCARA robots superior in 2.5D applications. Aspects of integration with vision systems, force control, industrial communication, and ensuring machine safety in accordance with applicable standards were also discussed. The lecture demonstrates how a properly designed SCARA robot cell architecture can increase efficiency, process stability, and reduce operator involvement in demanding production operations.
